Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 is underway in Barcelona, with major announcements emerging from the likes of Samsung, Huawei, and more. And while the former’s latest generation of smartphone, the S9 — which is really being positioned less as a phone, and more as a camera — stole most of the spotlight yesterday, Samsung and its counterparts all seem to be vying for the starring role in a certain emerging technology.
